We book up very quickly. The busiest time of year is September through November, so book a quote as soon as possible to get your roof done before the snow falls.

Yes. We require a 30% deposit on estimate acceptance. The balance is due by cash, cheque or money order on completion, after a final walkthrough with you.
Yes. Every crew member is WSIB covered, so if a worker is injured on your property, you are not liable.
We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance with Gore Mutual Insurance, so your home is protected for the full duration of the job.
We do not offer financing or payment terms on roofing itself, roofing is paid cash, cheque or money order with a 30% deposit and the balance on completion. For broader home improvement and renovation projects, we partner with Financeit for financing, with amortization up to 240 months, standard interest rates of 13.99% to 16.99% and no penalty for early payoff. A no-obligation pre-qualification is available.
